Responsibilities EON
Networks, LLC, provides the following services on every new system purchase
- All
systems provided by EON Networks are new and designed for hospitality applications.
- Request
bids for local, and Internet service via digital circuits from the Local Carrier,
qualified CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers), LD or IXC carriers. Present
the quotations with comments and opinions. Additionally, EON will process all
orders after customer's approval and coordinate installation dates.
- Engineer
complete PBX system database to comply with Hotel's standards
- Coordinate
dates with Marriott data team and installers for full integration between the
Mitel 200ICP PBX, Voice Mail, and Call Accounting to provide 2-Way integration
for check in / check out, voice mail box activation upon check in, and call accounting
integration for posting billable charges for guest calls to the Folio. All systems
include integration to the Property Management System. Customer must order PBX,
VM, Call Accounting integrations with PMS system.
- Program Call
Accounting Database for LATA, Intra-State, Interstate, International Toll Calls.
- EON
Networks will provide all racks, UPS, digital announcers, and other peripheral
components as defined in the Schedule A.
- Design all guest room
faceplates with logo and ICONs for guest service buttons, dialing instructions,
etc and present to customer for approval prior to printing.
- Provide
complete training to hotel staff for Mitel PBX features, Front Desk Operation,
Console Operation, Telephone User, Voice mail system, Report Generation for Wake
Up and Call Accounting, etc, including User Guides.
- Work with
all other telecommunications vendors to insure integrations comply with all standards.
